Sound walks, as signs of their time, weave a special, even intimate,  relationship with the environment, be it rural or urban. These multi-facetted itineraries are the work of artistes from various disciplines. Walking and listening to a particular proposition or quite simply to what lies about us, provides a space for exploration that enables one to “live a landscape”, as advocated in his latest work by the philosopher François Jullien*, for whom landscape is no longer a matter of ‘seeing’ but of ‘living’, with all our senses…
